Performers receive the requests through the app, choose which ones to play, and manage the order of songs.

Yes! The app is completely free to download and explore. You can follow live gigs, parties, and your favorite venues around town. Payment is only required when you send a song request – and prices are always clearly displayed upfront.

Signing up takes just a few seconds. You can join using your Google or Apple account, or simply with your email address.

Payments are made via a card linked to your account. All transactions are processed through certified payment providers, and your data is protected according to the highest security standards.

You’re only charged after the performer accepts your request. If your song isn’t accepted – no worries, there’s no charge.

No worries! If it’s confirmed that the performer didn’t play the song you paid for, your payment will be refunded.

Yes! If the performer allows dedications, you’ll see the option when sending your song request.

Nope! You can request a song even if you’re not at the venue – just find the event in the app and send a song to that special someone who’s there. Don’t forget to add a dedication 😉
