How Jukebox works - complete user guide
Everything a guest needs to know - from first signup to leaderboards, medals and inviting friends. The guide is split into several parts. Read it in order or jump to the part you need.
How Jukebox works in 30 seconds
- Sign up or sign in (email + password, Google, or Apple on iOS).
- Complete your account: name, username, optional referral code, accept Terms of use.
- Open the "Parties" tab or tap "Join party" at the bottom (scan a QR from a table, enter a code manually, or pick from the list/map).
- When you enter the party room, tap "Request a song".
- Pick or type a song, set the amount (higher amount = higher chance of approval, premium amount = priority + dedication), pick payment "Funds" or "Card", confirm.
- Track the status in "My songs": Pending → Accepted → Live → Played.
- On acceptance, share an Instagram Story for +100 points bonus.
- Invite friends via "Refer a friend" for additional points.
You're charged ONLY if the performer accepts your request. Cancel/reject = no charge.

Create an account
Downloading the app, signing up (email / Google / Apple), guest vs user roles, completing the account, editing profile and language, deleting account.

Can I use the app without an account?
You can browse the party list and clubs/performers, but joining a party, requesting songs and adding cards require signing in.
When am I charged for a song?
Only when the performer accepts the request. Cancel, reject or technical failure = no charge.
Can I request a song before the party starts?
No. The "Request a song" button is available only when the party is Live.
How do I earn a medal or trophy?
- Medal = top 3 by amount spent at one party
- Trophy = top 3 in the monthly city leaderboard
What do I get for an Instagram Story?
+100 points automatically, as soon as the system verifies your Story (song accepted, tags placed, image shared).
How often can I request songs?
Once per minute, no daily or total limit.
