How Jukebox works - from downloading the app to playing your song

Open the App Store or Google Play and search for "Jukebox Party". Download, install, and open. On first launch you'll need to sign up - you can do this with:

• Apple ID
• Google account
• your own email

The app is free to download. You only pay for song requests - no subscription required.

Discovery section (public parties)

Open the Discovery tab and see all active events in your city - clubs, bars, concerts. They're sorted by proximity, popularity and tags (techno, folk, rock...). Filter by what you like.

Party map

Switch to the map and see all venues currently playing music through Jukebox. Perfect when you're heading out and don't know where to go.

QR code (private parties and weddings)

For private events (weddings, birthdays, corporate events) the host sends you a QR code or passcode. Scan the QR in the app and you're in - only invited guests have access.

Once you're in the event, you'll see that performer's repertoire for the night. The band or DJ has defined which songs the audience can request (so no one asks for folk at a techno party).

You can:

• search by artist or song
• see the live queue - what's playing now and what's next
• see likes from other guests (the night's hot tracks)

Tap a song, set your price, send the request, and wait for the performer to accept.

You pay by card via the integrated secure payment gateway (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Your card is only charged when the performer accepts your song - while it sits in the queue waiting for confirmation, nothing has been charged yet.

You can also pay with Jukebox vouchers - points you earn through:

• refer-a-friend program (invite friends, get points)
• contests and promotions
• top score on the night's leaderboard

All transactions are receipted and secure. You get a digital receipt in the app.

Once the band or DJ accepts your request, the song joins the queue. You'll see your exact position in line and an estimated start time.

When your song starts, you get a push notification "Your song is playing now" - the perfect moment to:

• record a story
• share with your friends
• tag the venue and performer in one tap through the app
• sing along with the crowd

That's your moment.

Your card is not charged. The charge only happens the moment the performer accepts your request. If the band or DJ declines (e.g. it doesn't fit the repertoire or is too similar to what's currently playing), nothing is charged - your card remains untouched.

Does it work outside Belgrade?

Yes. Jukebox is actively running in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš, with continuous expansion to smaller cities at the initiative of local clubs and performers.

Can I request a song even if I'm not at the party?

You can request a song from anywhere - from your apartment, from your car, from another country. All you need is an active event in the app. Perfect for surprising your friends with a song and a dedication while they're at the club and you couldn't make it.

What is a premium song?

A premium song skips the queue - it doesn't wait in the regular queue, it gets priority and plays sooner. With premium you can also leave a dedication (a message for someone, a shoutout, congratulations) that the performer reads before the song starts - if the performer enables dedications for that night.
