The red dot on the Profile icon in the footer means you have new badges (monthly rankings, charts, medals, trophies) you haven't seen yet.
Parties, clubs, performers, songs
Types of favorites
- Favorite parties - heart on a party card in the list/map/details → Profile → carousel "Favorite parties"
- Favorite clubs - heart in the club profile header → carousel "Favorite clubs"
- Favorite performers - heart in the band/DJ profile header → carousel "Favorite performers"
- Favorite songs - Profile → "Favorite songs" → "Add song to favorites" (manual name), or heart in the Charts list
The first time you favorite an entity, the app shows a modal explaining what you get from it.
Removing
- From the carousel: × on the card → confirm removal
- From the favorites takeover: list of all items with × next to each
- From search / details screen: tap the heart again

- Notifications for new parties / changes (with Favorites turned on in settings)

All songs you've requested
- Carousel with the latest orders - tap "See all" to open the full list
- Each card:
- Song name
- Party, Paid (amount), Date
- If the order has a transaction: Card type + Last four digits, Transaction ID
- If the song is played: button "Add review" for the club/performer (if not already left)
All payments and outflows
- Carousel with the latest transactions → full list with infinite scroll
- Preview: amount, date/time, card type, last 4 digits
- Full view: + transaction ID, authorization code, name, email, company data (PIB, name, address)
- Transaction status: "Successful" / "Failed" / "Pending"
Rate the venue and performer you visited
What gets rated
Only the club or performer/band where you ordered a song. (Specific songs are not rated, neither is the host individually.)
When it's requested
- Automatically - occasionally (e.g. day after the party, working hours 8am–7pm) - modal "Rate your experience" for one or both entities
- Manually - from order history next to a played song: "Add review"
Form
- Stars 1–5
- Optional field "Optional message" (up to 200 characters, "Add review" placeholder)
- Buttons: "Send and continue" / "Send and finish", or "Skip"
Where they show up
- On the club or performer profile, in the "Reviews" tab
- You can delete your review (with confirmation)

Opens with the gear in the header (or "Settings" in Profile).

- Change password - old → new → confirm (only if you didn't sign in with Google/Apple)

FAQ - profile, history, settings
Can I change my email address?
Not in-app currently - the email is view-only in Account settings. If you need a change, write to us at info@getjukebox.app.
What happens if I delete my account?
Deletion is permanent - order history, funds and medals tied to the account are lost and can't be recovered.
Can I leave a review if a song wasn't played?
No. The "Add review" option shows up only next to songs that are played.
Can I delete my own review?
Yes - next to your review you have a delete option (with confirmation).
What does the red dot on the Profile icon mean?
You have new badges (monthly rankings, charts, medals, trophies) you haven't seen yet. Open Profile and it disappears.
Can I disable all push notifications?
Yes - Settings → Push notifications has 4 toggles (payments, ordered songs, party status, favorites) - you can turn each off individually. For full disable, turn off system notifications in your phone settings.
Can I add a song to favorites that isn't in any catalog?
Yes - in Profile → "Favorite songs" → "Add song to favorites" you can manually type the song name.
