Your performer dashboard
The Profile tab in the app footer is not your public profile that guests see — it's your personal dashboard with stats, event history and income. It has four parts:
- Performer card - name, city, average rating (stars + review count) and a "See all reviews" link
- Period filter - "Start date" and "End date" defaulting to the first and last day of the current month
- Stats for the period - three metrics in a single row: Events (count), Songs (total played) and Income. Empty period: "No data."
- Event list in the selected period - each card opens the Finished event view with details (requested and accepted song counts, income, song list with guest and dedication, a "Paid but not played" flag if anything stayed unplayed)
Pull-to-refresh updates the data.
How income is calculated and how the money arrives
Income per event is the sum of every accepted song (both played and queued) - shown in the live event room and the Finished event screen. Declined and cancelled songs don't count - they were never charged. Income per period is the total of every event in the selected date range - shown in Profile.
Payouts don't run inside the app - the app only shows your earnings, while the actual transfer happens through your arrangement with the venue/partner/admin. When the partner confirms the payout, you get a "Payout confirmed" push as a record that it's done on our side.
Who you are and how guests see you
Open ⚙ Settings → Account settings. At the top is the performer hero image (what guests see on your public profile - tap the camera icon to change it). The form contains:
- Email (read-only), Name, Phone number (internal), City, Language (English/Serbian), Genres
- Booking phone (optional) - "This number will be visible to other users in the app". Set it only if you want guests to call you for bookings.
- Social or website link (optional) - one URL, the domain is auto-detected (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn or a globe icon)
- Info / About (optional) - a short description guests can read
Password, account deletion, push notifications
⚙ Settings also includes:
- Change password - old → new → confirm (toast "Password successfully changed")
- Delete account - permanent, severs links to all playlists, events and stats
- Sign out with confirmation
Push notifications have two performer-specific toggles: Event assigned (when a venue assigns an event to you) and Song requested (push on every new request from a guest). Other notifications you may get: Event resumed, Payout confirmed, Event ended.
If system notifications are off on your device, the app shows a banner with an "Open settings" button. Tap the bell in the header to open the inbox of all notifications (red dot = unread).
FAQ - profile and earnings
Does the payout happen through the app?
No. The app shows your earnings per event and per period, but the actual money transfer happens outside the app. When the partner marks the payout as completed, you get the "Payout confirmed" push.
What goes into "Income" - only played songs or all accepted ones?
All accepted, including ones that stayed in the queue and weren't played. The charge happens at the moment of acceptance - when you tap "Accept", that's your income.
Do guests see my primary phone?
No. The "Phone number" field is internal (for our communication). Only "Booking phone" is public, and only if you fill it in.
Can I change my email?
Not through the app - the email is your account ID. If you absolutely need to, email info@getjukebox.app.
Ready to level up your profile?
A solid photo, a clear booking phone and a short bio - that's all you need to be remembered by more guests.
